National Testing Network

City of Page Application
- Once being considered a candidate, you may be contacted for completion of an application on the City of Page website.
Physical Agility Test
- A Physical Agility Test consists of a ladder climb and up to 10 other events that would be comparable to a CPAT. A CPAT (Candidate Physical Agility Test) is a recognized standard for measuring an individual’s ability to handle the physical demands of being a firefighter.
Oral Board Interview
- The Page Fire Department will conduct 2 rounds of interviews. Candidates who have passed their Physical Agility Test will be asked to complete an oral board interview. The panel for the first interview will include the 3 Shift Captains who will ask a series of scored questions. Once completed, the strongest candidates will be asked back for a final interview that is a one-on-one interview with the Fire Chief where final consideration will be completed.
